I'm a virtual assistant located in Newfoundland, Canada. I specialize in Wordpress (creation and maintenance of sites) and social media.
I’ve been designing websites for over 15 years. My passion for web design began back when everyone had a free site through Geocities or Tripod. I had three. Since then I have created over 100 websites for myself and others. To say I love creating and maintaining websites would be an understatement!
I have also been working in social media since the days of Myspace, and currently help people who want to get started with Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.
I’ve been working with clients part time for a few years now and decided to finally take the plunge and re-brand and start my business. I formed Iceberg Advantage in 2015. I chose that name because I wanted something different from everyone else, something quirky to match my personality, and to honor the home I love.
Some of my past and current clients have been authors, coaches, athletes, sports personalities, models and local small businesses.
In my spare time I like to watch movies, craft (I am always trying something new) and take care of my furbabies.
Work Terms
Hours of operation: I am available Monday to Friday, 9AM-4PM EST. Those are guaranteed times, however I frequently work on projects at all hours of the day (or when inspiration hits!) I always answer emails within 24 hours, usually sooner.
My preferred communication style is via email. If you are someone who prefers to talk on the phone, I will let you know I am not the girl for you.
