I worked in a BPO industry for four years assisting customer across the US. I deal with billing, sales, technical support and escalations. I experienced working in different time zones and different working schedules. This helped me improve on how to deal with change. I also developed my speed and accuracy in completing task with this job. I currently work as a training supervisor where I handle evaluations using MS applications. During my free time, I'd like to travel, watch movie, read books and go out with friends.
Work Terms
I would love to have a flexible working time. But if needed, I can work from 11AM - 4 AM and 9 PM - 11PM EST. I receive payment through Paypal. I can be directly contacted through Skype.
