My academic and industrial experience has helped me build a strong profile with different complementary skills. I have great analytical and problem solving abilities, I’m capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and I’m very disciplined. I’m always ready to face new challenges, I’m highly motivated and enthusiastic. I am used to being part of very dynamic cross-functional, cross-borders and cross-cultural environments, and capable of working under pressure.
I have an extensive experience working as a Scrum Master and Business Analysist on several industrial projects that concentrate on domain specific information extraction from text and media surveillance.
I also have a great practical experience working with RDF(S), OWL ontologies and triplestore technologies but also with NLP tools for (semi)automatic data extraction from unstructured documents. My PhD work focuses on spatial and temporal information description and reasonign in the context of the Semantic Web using RDF(S) and OWL.
