I am an ISO Consultant and a Writer with 24 years of experience in areas like Policy & Procedure Documentation, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 17100, ISO 17021, GDPR Compliance, ITIL, Six Sigma, Visio, Lucid charts, etc. I am a trained ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Auditor, CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst), Six Sigma Green Belt, and CMMI ATM. I am fluent in English and have excellent written and spoken English skills.
