Hi, I'm Divya Manohar from India. To start about myself I am an engineering graduate specialized in Computer science. Then I joined Sutherland Global Services for a role of Technical support consultant in that I have been working for Dell process for 1 year and 1 month (That's exactly 13 months) been dealing with the customers of The United States of America and Canada by troubleshooting their (Desktops, Laptops And Printers) through phone support .So majority of my work covers areas of hardwares, softwares and sometimes networking. Then I joined HCL (Service Desk) as a Senior Analyst for Anthem (been called as WellPoint earlier ) Process dealt with the troubleshooting of password issues Mainframes of (CT,CA,VA,GA,AZ,KY,NY,OH) , Active Directory, VmWare, Software installation issues , Microsoft outlook troubleshooting and lots more for the one and only Anthem(WellPoint) Clients which includes different tied up organizations onshore and offshore. Later due to one of my friend I got inspired and now I'm pretty much interested in freelancing and that's all for now. Thanks a billion for being so patient and reading my so called "Bio" field .
