Work Terms
Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Available for weekend and evening work by arrangement.

Turnaround Time: Average turnaround time for writing projects is1-2 business days, depending on the scope of the project. Turnaround time for translation projects may vary depending on the complexity and length of the text.
Revision Policy: Offers up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost, as long as they fall within the scope of the original project description. Any additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee.
Confidentiality: Will maintain complete confidentiality of all client information and project details.
Availability: Open to taking on new projects, and will provide an estimate of availability upon request.
