About

I care about your organizations database, recording and reporting. I care about your results.

I carry many tools from past and present positions. I have trained staff members on various software applications, which included ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. I have written and updated user manuals. I have prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. I have overseen and managed new services processes. I have managed projects ensuring on time completion and within budget. In addition, I monitored security compliance for the organization’s database.

I rose from a part-time receptionist at a small law firm; to later become a technical support analyst in the IT departments of many major high profile law firms. I also worked as a trainer and consultant during software conversions. Later, I became an Assistant Supervisor to the IT department at H&R Block which covered an entire region. I have been in technology for over 15 years and can adapt like a chameleon into any environment.

As a motivated self-starter, I have earned a reputation for being proficient, hardworking, and reliable. I am always available to lend a helping hand when needed, to answer a phone or pitch in on general office matters.
