Work Terms

I'm located in the Houston, TX area Central Standard Time (CST), and work between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday thru Friday. When there is an urgent need I am available after hours but preventing "crisis mode" is a key skill.

I usually work on a 50/50 or 33/33/33 basis, depending on the anticipated duration of the project, with the initial deposit due prior to work beginning on the project and the final payment due upon delivery of the finished work. On smaller projects (1K) I will complete work and bill on delivery and acceptance of work.

I am available via email, phone, and Skype as needed.
