My name is Dorothy Opiyo,
I have a wealth of experience gained in over 5 years of work. I worked for Samsung Electronics for 5 years. I assisted clients to setup email, social media and taught them how to navigate the internet. I also wrote reports of market activities both on Microsoft word and Microsoft power point. The company provided us with google sheet templates, which we used to update customer details and data on a regular basis.

Other than the work experience I also have a passion for writing. Since elementary level through college I would write short articles based on specific topics, I scored highly when I presented the articles to my teachers for marking. I am able to research well and write detailed article content for writers, scholars and public speakers.


I am a trained transcriber, with experience in both US and British English transcription. I will be able to deliver high quality transcription work and article content writing for my clients.
