Over three decades of experience across diverse industry sectors and strong foundations in HR.

Early part of the career has been with the premier B-Schools in India like IIM Ahmedabad, followed by over 24 years in some of the most progressive corporates, handling leadership roles in HR, Learning and OD.

The experience has shaped a business perspective of HR that helps design and implement situation - specific people interventions to enhance current performance and also build talent pipeline for the sustainability of an organization.

As Performance Enablers, my team works as an extended, specialist arm of the HR Function of a client, to create value and sustainable improvements. This approach is rooted in the team's experience as HR Practitioners and the experience of working with the globally acclaimed consultants.

Through knowledge sharing, live chats and conferences, we do our bit to the development of HR thought leadership.

Work Terms

My hourly rates are USD 250. In case of longer duration, a mutually beneficial agreement can be arrived at with a client.
