I am professional design engineer (PhD Mechanical Engineering and MS in Marine Hydrodynamics), working on generative 3D design or reverse engineering of products and systems. I have professional experience of around 8+ years on Computational Modeling; Grid discretization (Meshing); FEA Structural analysis; CFD Hydrodynamics; and White Paper & Technical writing. I am very good at using the tools like Pointwise/ICEM; ANSYS APDL/Workbench (CFX/Fluent), Numeca Fine/Turbo; Star-CCM+; SIMSOLID and FEMAP
I have a doctorate degree (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in simulation design and analysis (Computational modeling/meshing for CFD/FEA simulations). Major Project :
0. FEM based CFD analysis of ROV propellor for Thrust calculation toward estimating its Power requirement using Ansys CFX/Fluent after its computational modeling and Meshing/grid generation in Pointwise.
1. Linear/Nonlinear Buckling Analysis Mapped into Static Structure on Acoustic Cabinet; The same cabinet was also analysed against; vibration and shock requirement in Workbench. Software , FEMAP; SIMSOLID, Ansys Workbench/APDL
2. Explicit dynamic Analysis of Free fall Assembly(Height/Impact Velocity) to ensure its required structural integrity.
3. 3D Modeling of Electronic Enclosures using Ansys ICEPAK and Thermal Management of different Enclosure of various Aerospace electronics assemblies using ANSYS, ICEPAK
4. Hydrodynamic and Hydroacoustic Analysis for prediction of Noise Level of acoustic Sensor Pod along with lift and drag estimation; Moreover, its structure integrity was appraised using 2 Way FSI (Fluid-Structure Interaction). Software: STAR-CCM+
5. 3D Design/Modeling of UUVs and its propulsion drive with respect to different RPM and motor power requirement
6. Hydrodynamic Diffraction analysis of sport boat/pontoon in ANSYS AQWA/WAVE
