Work Terms
1. Rates shown are "minimum" rates only and we reserve the right to bid with higher rates depending on project specifics, such as location or skills or difficulty.
2. We are East Coast firm but will accommodate UK, ME, EU, Indian hours also.
3. Payment Terms: No Paypal. We accept Venmo or secure anonymous payment online only. We require a 50% to 100% down-payment for all project work; exceptions may be granted on an individual basis for larger efforts.
Minimum retainer is $450, no exceptions. Payable on project award.
4. Specs: Please put all project or work specs into original SOW (statement of work or project description). Any additions or variance from these original terms will be billed at an additional rate via Contract Modification. No exceptions.
5. If you are another government contractor and this work is for a government contract, please provide this specific detail so we can ensure compliance with any relevant FAR regulations.
