My Name is Earl Arthur But you can call me EA, I studied Business management with a major in Business Management and I am confident that I am the best candidate. I worked as a sales associate for a financing company. My primary task is to sell products through installment plans and process loan applications while meeting my monthly sales target.
Aside from that, I worked as an HR Coordinator in a Manpower Agency, where I handled all internal and external HR inquiries or requests, as well as maintaining both hard and digital copies of employee records. Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events; and maintain agendas. Coordinate training sessions and seminars. And other HR-related tasks.
I am also a part-time quality ad rater. My work roles are rating social media news feeds, ads, map quality, and search engine quality using STR Tools, and the whole purpose of my task is training the data set for machine learning algorithms of huge companies like Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Overall, my job experience has taught me the importance of accuracy and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment and hitting monthly sales targets. I am able to triage between urgent tasks, important tasks, and nice to-do tasks! Work Terms
