My name is Andrew Smith. I am a music journalist and socialist feminist activist, and I live in New York. I am searching on Guru.com for writing/editing jobs, any opportunity that will allow me to support myself while gaining valuable skills. I recently completed graduate school, with an MA in Liberal Studies at The New School. Here I gained valuable research skills, and became a high quality editor, on a wide range of subjects.Previously I studied piano at New England Conservatory, and I have experience working as a musician in Boston and New York, and also in Berlin, Germany.
Right now I'm searching for temporary work because I will be away for three weeks in July. I'm searching for jobs that could be completed within the next two months.I work for $15 an hour. Depending on the density of texts, and how much work is required, I can carefully edit between 20-30 pages per hour.
