A Digital Marketing Strategist with Project Management in Web Development experience, Sales and Business Development. If it is not perfect then it must be made to be.

With more than 9 years in digital I was able to act in multiple domains of interest from online media, to digital marketing and project management in website/platform development
All these experiences helped me understand THE business and what it needs to evolve as a whole and therefore providing the best result possible.

As examples of creating websites/platforms where I was an end to end Project Manager from defining the concept to technical implementation using both Agile and Waterfall methodology:

E-commerce website (www.mattca.ro – a pharmaceutical website where I was involved in the process from concept, digital strategy to the actual implementation on the Magento platform)
Website re-branding (www.telekom.ro – two Telecom companies that became one, same user experience, an ATG and Magento based website)

Event materials for How to Web 2014 (2014.howtoweb.co) an Wordpress website, print materials for the conference, maps, presentations.

These projects were done with in-house team members or third parties suppliers from areas like User Experience and User Interface, Content Strategy and Content Generation, Front End and Back End Development

As online marketing strategies, where I was in charge with overview of the overall strategy, implementation and reporting there are campaigns such as:

Work Terms

I am available for 20 hours per week and I can work on hourly basis but also on fixed price.
Skype and email is the preferred way of communication.
