• Experienced in Food & Beverage with understanding of plant production process.
• Well-developed computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint (Advance Level).
• Lead interaction of the current quality assurance and food safety process into one integrated process.
• Train and maintain all training records for critical food safety and quality requirements.
• Reassess SQF plan whenever there is a change program, process, and procedure ingredient.
• Food Safety & Hygiene Quality auditing experience.
