Thank you for considering me for your business needs! My name is Emily Ripperger and I am primarily a wife and mother to my two beautiful children. I am ambitious and very creative. I served for seven years as a youth minister, until the birth of my second child this February. As a minister and mother, I am very skilled at multi tasking. My job as a full time youth minister asked me to wear many hats. I managed data bases with hundred of students, parents, and volunteers. Regularly interfacing with employees and creating a collaborative environment. Speaking at, planning, and leading events is one of my specialties, including events with over 1,000 attendees and multi-day retreats out of town. I have had to do everything from coordinating twenty drivers into a caravan, counseling families, frosting fights on a cookie decorating night with a bunch of sixth grade students, and leading staff development retreats. The many hats I wore as a minister made organizational skills a must. Let me help instill the principles I have learned and developed into your business. Work Terms
Hours of Operation vary, but can be scheduled to meet specific needs. As a work from home mother, I primarily work early mornings, afternoons, and late evenings. I respond quickly to email, but am available via text message and over the phone as well. Skype and FaceTime also available. Payment scheduled per contract.
