Work Terms

1. Scope of Work: The Freelancer, Emmanuel, agrees to provide [Description of Services] as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. This includes [List of Deliverables] and any additional services agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms:

Deposit: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upfront before work commences.
Milestone Payments: Payment milestones will be established for certain phases of the project as outlined in the proposal.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery of the final deliverables.
Payment Method: Payments shall be made via Bank Transfer, with invoices provided for each payment.
3. Revisions and Iterations: 2 rounds of revisions are included in the project scope. Additional revisions will be subject to additional fees at a rate of 2 per hour.

4. Communication Channels: The Client agrees to communicate project-related feedback, inquiries, and updates primarily through Whatsapp messaging and Calls.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon receipt of full payment, the Client shall have full ownership and rights to use the final deliverables for the intended purpose outlined in the project agreement. The Freelancer retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio and promotional materials.

6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project and not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach of contract. In such cases, the Freelancer shall be compensated for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Deliverables Format: Final deliverables will be provided in JPEG, PNG, PDF via File Transfer upon receipt of final payment.
