With over 10 years of professional IT experience, I am an IT Solutions Specialist at Arch Retail Solutions, a leading provider of retail management software and hardware. I am responsible for setting up IT service level agreements, maintaining IT infrastructure, installing and supplying IT equipment, and providing technical support and training to clients and staff.

I have a strong background in enterprise resource planning (ERP), system administration, and systems training, having worked as an IT Solution Specialist at Triple B Investments and a System Administrator and Systems Trainer at Gondwana Collection Namibia. I am proficient in IT programming, networking, hardware and software support, and user interface design. I have an IT Programming Qualification and multiple certifications in IT, including CompTIA CTT+, CompTIA A+, Cisco Certified Network Associate Industrial (CCNA ), and Google UX Design.
