I am an enthusiastic, innovative, and hardworking graduate Architect. I have a genuine interest in design as it relates to its practical applications. My career objective is to continue in the design industry and improve on the skills and knowledge gained. Having a good command over the concepts of AutoCAD Architecture, design, and analysis, I aim at taking up challenging assignments which would enable me to apply the principles of design. My goal is to become a member of a professionally managed organization that will provide a platform to utilize and develop my knowledge and creative abilities towards the development and growth of the organization
Work Terms
Availability:
I am available for work from Monday to Friday, providing 5 hours of dedicated service per day. My working hours are from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (local time).
Deliverables:
My architectural services encompass a range of deliverables tailored to each project. These include architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, material specifications, and any other relevant documentation required for the project. The timeline for deliverables will depend on the complexity and scope of the project, which will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation.
Revisions:
I understand the importance of client satisfaction and offer up to two rounds of revisions within the agreed scope of work. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur additional charges based on the complexity of the changes requested. However, I always strive to ensure that the final design meets and exceeds your expectations.
Fees and Payment:
My services are priced at an hourly rate of $20 per hour. Alternatively, we can discuss a project-based fee structure based on the scope and complexity of your project.
Confidentiality and Ownership:
Rest assured that all project information and client details are treated with the utmost confidentiality. I adhere to strict professional standards to protect your privacy and the integrity of your project. Upon completion, you will have full ownership rights to the design and associated documents. However, with your permission, I may request to include the project in my portfolio or promotional material to showcase my work.
