Active Directory | Exchange Expert - Datacenter Team Lead

I have been working in IT support sector for more than 25 yrs. Supported products:
Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft SCOM/SCCM, DNS, PKI (SSL Certificates), Zimbra, E-Mail delivery, Microsoft NPS (Radius), Powershell, MS Power Automate.
As a senior consultant and technical team lead I have accomplished ciritical projects such as the following:
Project: Datacenter Modernization At Government Organization
- Project Scope: 30+ physical servers and storage installation, upgrade exising Microsoft Server Products Windows Server, WDS, Active Directory, Exchange Server Migration&Upgrade (3000+ mailboxes), Office Updates, SCCM, Group Policy Optimization
- Project Period: 5 years
- Project Start - End: 2006 - 2011
- My role: Server standard image preparation, install images on 30+ servers, upgrading Exchange - Active Directory, WSUS installation/configuration, SCCM installation, DMZ DNS/Web Server installation&hardening, technical management of acceptance. After acceptance, 5 years support provided to customer on these products

- Project: Set up a new datacenter infrastructure and develop the required applications based on RFP items (EU Funded Project)
- Project Scope: 30+ blade physical servers & Windows Server OS installation and configuration, Windows Server components installation, 10+ different "Common-Off-The-Shelf (COTS)" software, SAN / Storage installation and integration. All existing infrastructure upgraded to Windows 2008 / R2 and Exchange 2007.
- Project Period: 6 years
- Project Start - End: 2006 - 2012
- My Role:
o AD New Forest/Domain installation
o Exchange Server installation, Outlook GPO deployment
o AD Certificate Services installation and PKI operations guide
▪ Implementation of secondary logon certificates on the existing end-user smart cards with existing document signing certificate. Otherwise second smartcard for each user would be required.
o IAS/Radius, DNS, WSUS installation,
o Infrastructure consultancy

Project: Technical Project Management and Lead Messaging Infrastructure
- Project Scope: 30+ physical Exchange Servers, (Clustered MBX/ HA Transport), 5000+ mailboxes, multiple datacenters containing a total of 100+ physical servers, and 10+ storage.
- Project Period: 6 years
- Project Start - End: 2015 - 2021
- My role: Providing 3rd level support to my colleagues, customer technical advisor, supporting and coordinating platform teams & 2nd level support teams as team leader.

Project: Large multinational company merger, publishing new URLs in external DNS servers.
- Project Scope: 60+ in-house applications with 20+ application vendor, messaging(Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams), Storage Management, MDM , a total of 450+ virtual servers Windows & Linux OS.
- Project Period: 6 months
- Project Start - End: 2022 - 2022
- My role:
oTechnology architect of the project,
- General resource planning,
- Vendor, subcontractor and internal coordination
- Solving critical problems
- URLs migrated without any outages.
