My previous position before I joined the work from home set up was being an Account Manager wherein I manage several accounts with different profiles from customer service, sales, loan application, Product Information Management, collections and assisting clients in providing options or suggestions on how they can improve managing their offshore staff/businesses. I am a college graduate and took Bachelor of Science in Commence major in Management in which I was able to use my management skills when I was promoted as an Operation Supervisor in the BPO (Call Center) industry in 2008, grew up in a customer service set up (CSAT and NPS), I was able to handle different accounts which revolves around collections, customer service, prepaid disputes, employment verification, credit card application etc. and brought my leadership skills along when I held a position as an Account Manager. I have handled almost 23 accounts/ (US) clients which composed of 187 FTE (Full time Employees) and gave me the opportunity to create parameters to measure their performance and create client specific policies too. I am a Six Sigma Yellow belt and certified (High Performance Management Technique).
