A graduate of Daemen College where she obtained her Paralegal Certificate. Highly organized Immigration Paralegal with experience in office administration, and immigration law. Maintaining and processing client records files, and legal documents in a highly organized, efficient, and precise manner. Thorough and detall-oriented with a demonstrated commitment to excellence.

Before beginning as a freelance paralegal, she worked for the Legal Aid Bureau of Buffalo Civil Unit where she worked alongside six different attorneys and assisted with divorce and family based immigration cases. She also Volunteered with Catholic Charities Immigration & Refugee Services handling family based immigration cases and their immigration walk in clinic. She is fluent in Spanish and English. 

Immigration is her passion and Evelyn shows that by doing humanitarian work, here in the US and abroad. She enjoys helping immigrant families go through the immigration process to achieve positive outcomes, especially because the work is interesting and always changing. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with her family, and relax at home with her two dogs.
