Work Terms

Work hours and days:
Every day 8 hours from Monday to Friday. Weekends if required.

Communication: Skype, Slack, Zoom, e-mail, etc.

Payment Terms

We offer different ways of cooperation to our clients. Depends on business goals of our clients we can offer offshore dedicated development team, fixed price or time and material model of cooperation.
For projects over USD 5000 :
We usually charge 25% advance and the all other project payments are based on various milestone based on updates shown as per the project plan.
The contract service agreement includes the final proposal having clear updates based milestones, assumptions, support period along with standard business terms.
Delivery will be made after final payment.

For projects equal to or under USD 5000 :
50% upfront, to get us started on selection.
50% on showing completed work.

The aforementioned milestones are set after thorough discussion with our clients. We are, nevertheless, open to FAIR negotiation. We shall sign a standard NDA on request. We will provide 30 days free technical support, after delivery.

Note:
We are flexible to discuss and agree the payment terms and schedule that works best for both parties.
