To be a Filmmaker
My name is Fady Emad, I'm 18 years old and right now I'm in my first semester in MSA studying Mass-communications. I've had a passion for filmmaking and photography since I was a kid. What led me to it was my mother, she used to work in two media production companies for 15 years called "Arascope" and "Madev". After she passed away, I did my internship and stayed with them for almost a year, they taught me the basics of editing programs, cinematography and how to turn an idea into reality. They also took me with them to many fields and showed me real video production. Then I started to develop my skills on my own and see online tutorials and right now I really want to learn more. I believe media is a powerful tool, actually not just a tool but a key that can influence the world and change it, they can be used to bring chaos or build a society and change generations and I truly want to use it for the benefit of Egypt and the society, that's why I was so interested to be part of this place that shares my same Vision.
