I have over a year of experience delivering enjoyable and usable experiences through design to users. My goal is to help you design and deliver products and features that will be quickly adopted by end users.
Most recently, I was a Customer Support agent at Insurance Supermarket Inc, responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. I enjoy working with people to resolve their problems and help them meet their needs.
What I bring to the table are excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, creative problem solving, and the ability to always put my best foot forward in every project I'm involved in. I look forward to working with you as we solve problems together.
