I have over 8 Years of experience in virtual assisting, selling, and marketing. I have worked for well-known companies including Uber, Medical Alert, Geico, gym-bot, and Mindbridgebpo.

I started working in 2013 as an appointment arranger for different automobile insurance and solar panel companies in the United States.
I started my second job in 2015 as a salesman in a company called Mindbridgebpo on a project where my job was to sell different promotional clubs to citizens of the USA, and I was selected as the best salesman among 250 agents just after 3 months. They started another sales project called MedicAlert after a year. I was not only the top seller there but I was also doing feedback and device installation calls. In 2018 I started working as CSR for Uber Eats(UK) within the same company, where my job was to handle queries of customers, delivery partners, and restaurant partners in different countries. My role was to track orders, handle emails, process refunds, resolve tech issues related to the Uber app, reporting, helping clients in onboarding, reporting issues to the level 2 agents.

In 2020 I started working as a Virtual assistant for some Amazon stores, where my job was to contact suppliers to order stock, contact shipping companies for shipments, manage inventory in different factories, warehouses and in Amazon fulfillment center, manage invoices, product hunting, editing storefront and reporting all other business-related inquiries to my boss. I have also worked part-time as a freelancer in different projects like sales, social media accounts management, and digital marketing.

I did a BA at Punjabi University. In order to improve my skills, I have done some certifications in digital marketing, graphic design, and office management.

Work Terms

I am available during UK working hours or any other country having time close to this. I work on an hourly basis. I would like to be paid on weekly basis, see if i have completed the tasks you give to me and the progress.
