Preparation of Method of Statements, Submission and Obtaining Approvals & Site Work Check Lists.
Planning of Man Power, Work Sequences and Activities.
Review and approval of Shop Drawings and other site engineering documentation.
Evaluate and Control Sub Contractors Work Progress & Control of Materials and Stores.
Stage and Final Inspections of Site level.
Attend discussions with Site incharge regarding related site work progress, drawings
For progress, Monitoring & controlling the all activities alsoSub-contractor Billing.Take off the measurements on day to day basis and enter into books. Supervisingand controlling direct labours. Checking of Finishing works .Ensure maintenance of records at site of materials received, reconciliation ofmaterials at site to avoid mismatch. Inventory control as per the project requirements.Preparations of billing (running and extra claim as when required) Anchoring ,On-site construction activities as per the given drawingsTo ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters,quality and effective resource utilization to maximize the output,Responsible for Quality of work executed
