In the last few years, Florence has positioned herself as a strategic leader and business partner with organizations in ways that connect and empower her and her team to solve business problems by leveraging innovative strategies with integrated technologies in her practices. She is a Talent Strategist.
As a DEI Consultant and person of color, Florence developed the capacity to guide organizations in augmenting their DEIB policies and strategies by providing tactical training, implementing challenging initiatives, and encouraging them to embrace the ever-changing world. Through a functional and replicable framework built with Bavarde Talent Solutions, she shows organizations how they can transform from "stereotypes" to inclusivity.
Florence is also a Host and Moderator of Bavarde Talent Solutions DEI and HR Live series events called DEIB Small Talk.
