My name is Frea. I’ve been a customer service for more than a year in two different companies. I was a customer care representative from a telco company for 5 months and also a CSR/ inbound sales agent for a flower company. I also do email support where I am answering customer’s inquiry and complaints. I can also do web research and data entry. I also have knowledge background of MS office, email management and google calendar, live chat support and transcribing audios.
Work Terms
