my responsibilities then are as follows:call answering, take care of email enquiries, minute taking,daily management and arrangement of appointments,book meeting rooms and conference facilities,data entry(sales figures,clients and staff data base,properties listing), organised travel and accommodation for management staffs and client
as for my personal hobbies: i love reading, writing and cooking as well productive and innovative adventure taking
i strongly believe in team work between clients and service providers, open discussion and quick adaption to change when it arise

we work 5-6 hours daily for 5 days in the week
