Professional Bookkeeper / VA for Small Online Businesses

I am willing to work mainly with small to medium sized online businesses to help them sort, record, process and analyze their financial records using Quickbooks accounting software.
I am also experienced in the field of office administration after working for a successful UK based company as the Founder's assistant.
I am currently the bookkeeping manager at Better Zoft Industrial Chemicals and Cleaning supplies, based in Kenya.

Due to my experience, I assure all my clients quality, detailed and well proof-read work, to help them understand how and where the company is headed to.

Work Terms

Here is how I can serve you BEST:
1.Recording financial transactions
2.Classifying financial transactions
3.Compiling a comprehensive cash flow statement
4.Prepare invoices and sending them to the business' clients
5.Analyzing past transactions to ensure accuracy
6.Processing payroll
7.Organizing financial paperwork, documents and reports
8. Ensure that the accounts are valid and up to date when the accountant needs them- if you already have an acountant.

However, here are some things I am NOT willing to do:
1. File tax returns
2.Auditing
3.Make payments on behalf of the business
4.Communicate with the business' clients on their behalf
5.Chasing late payments by the business' clients
