Currently, President of Corporation Builders, a leading incorporation and corporate services firm. We do everything in the life of a company. We have formed countless corporations, limited liability companies (LLC), and general and limited partnerships in every state. We monitor company reporting requirements and provide registered agent services and Nominee services.

We draft contracts for our client companies: employment agreements, consulting agreements, independent contractor agreements, license agreements, royalty agreements, vendor agreements, supply agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and non-disclosure, non-compete and non-solicitation agreements to name a few. We are IT savvy: we draft software license agreements, SaaS agreements, and EULA’s.

We assist client companies with their internet presence. We draft privacy policies and terms of service.

We assist client companies grow and expand. We help with offerings, including PPM’s, subscription agreements, and state and federal filings.

Work Terms

Available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm (Pacific Time). Other times by appointment. Minimum hourly rate is $65/hr.
