Currently, I am working at Domum Redevelopment Consultant PVT LTD, I served as a Project Architect, orchestrating the design development of diverse projects across India's landscape in multiple sectors. I excelled in fostering seamless coordination among clients, contractors, vendors, and designated team members. My commitment to precision extended to preparing meticulous meeting minutes, ensuring the smooth progression of projects. I meticulously crafted and upheld project schedules in close partnership with contractors, supervisors, and sub-consultants. My role also encompassed crafting comprehensive project proposals, budgets, and construction documentation, solidifying my dedication to realizing architectural visions.

Within Spectrum Pharmatech Consultant PVT LTD from 2018 to 2019 I took on the mantle of an Expert, guiding the design development of API and Formulation factories. My conceptual prowess was evident in the preparation of visionary designs for laboratories and formulation facilities across India, where I adeptly facilitated collaboration among contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on a daily basis. My contributions extended to preparing design development packages that laid the groundwork for project success, and I conducted site visits during critical phases to ensure design fidelity.

In my formative years, I honed my skills as an Architectural Intern at White 3 Design, where I was instrumental in shaping the construction drawing details of high-end villas and hospitality projects around Mumbai. Additionally, I lent my expertise to interior projects within the city, showcasing my versatility and commitment to enhancing both the exterior and interior environments.

Work Terms

Our operational hours extend from Monday to Saturday, beginning at 10:00 AM and concluding at 7:30 PM. It is important to note that our timetable remains flexible, allowing for acceleration based on project exigency and timeline demands.

Regarding financial arrangements, our payment terms are inherently tailored to the unique attributes of each project. These terms are influenced by the project's nature, type, requirements, and stipulated timeline. The nuances of payment are subject to a collaborative negotiation process, with the intention of fostering a mutually beneficial understanding between our esteemed clients and us.

Our communication approach is characterized by professionalism and effectiveness. We prioritize communication through formal channels such as email, facilitating comprehensive and documented exchanges. In addition, we harness the potential of Zoom video conferencing, which proves valuable for interactive discussions and progress updates.
