a.Became a draftsman for Philcondev Corporation for more than 2 years.Has experience in both Design and Construction phases for residential and commercial structures/projects. Also worked as Site Supervisor for 3 months
3.BIMD CAD Operator for Makati Development Corporation
a. Assigned previously for Avida Riala Tower 4, and currently assigned for
Avida Riala Tower 5
Work Terms
Usual work hours is 7am-4pm Phillipine standard time, but has no problem in working hour flexibility, to satisfy client's requirements and demand.
For payment terms, can either be per hour or fixed price, depending on the work demand.
