Work Terms

We follow some rules and protocols to insure the highest quality deliverable:

1. We don't bid or submit proposal on a Project which don't matches our Key Skills and expertise.
2. We don't share any Fake Links.
3. We don't out-source any requirement, we have our in-house technical team.
4. We never ask for full payment before the assignment gets live and running.
5. We always share the final "Scope Of Work" before moving to the development phase.
6. We always deliver the Original Source Codes and we never copy that.

We follow the SDLC process to execute and deploy a requirement from scratch. From Requirement Gathering and Analyzing to the Technical Team and to the Testing and Deployment Team at last. We work as a Team and we strongly believe that a Company is far better option then a Freelancer in terms of Money, Timeliness and Quality.

We are an in-house team of highly professionals and experienced Designers, Programmers and Marketers. We believe in rendering quality products and services so we always come with a slot named "Suggestions or Ad-dons" to make your concept more User Friendly and more Fruitful.
Fixed Price Jobs:

1. Upfront or Token Amount: 30%
2. Design Phase: 20%
3. Development Phase: 20%
4. Upon Delivery or Deployment Phase: 30%

Hourly Jobs:

1. $7-10: For a dedicated PHP resource having 6 Months to 2 Years of experience
2. $10-20: For a dedicated PHP resource having more than 2 years of experience
3. $10-25: For a dedicated .Net resource having experience between 2-6 years
4. $15-25: For a dedicated Mobile App Developer (Android or IPhone)
5. $5-10: For a dedicated Web Designer having 6 Months to 5 Years of experience
6. $5-15: For a dedicated CMS expert like Wordpress, Magento, Drupal and Opencart.
7. $5-10: For a dedicated SEO/SMO expert.
