No upfront or advance payment needed if you are working through the guru Safe Pay escrow. I want to work through guru.com's payment system on all jobs, preferably. Cannot commit to laborious test tasks that seem to be a little unreasonable. Would welcome straight forward test tasks. Would demand things to be put in black and white as far as the requirements of the job go, right from the beginning. Not comfortable if scope of the project changes after the initial specs.
