Experienced Immigration Paralegal
I am an experienced immigration paralegal, and I am looking to build my roster of attorneys to whom I provide immigration consulting services. I have thirteen years of professional experience as a paralegal employed in law firms, handling corporate immigration and providing immigration solutions to sophisticated, high-profile corporate clients as well as to businesses of more modest means. I also have five years of experience in freelance immigration consulting, preparing nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions for immigration attorneys. I have handled all aspects of hundreds of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, including H-1B, TN, L-1B, L-1A, O-1, E-1, E-2, E-3, I, H-3, and H-2B nonimmigrant visa petitions as well as permanent residence applications including PERM (a particular area of strength for me), I-140s (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3), and Adjustment of Status applications (both family- and employment-based).
