Cyber Security Analyst, IT Specialist

As a cyber security analyst, I proactively detect and respond to cyber threats and incidents for various clients, using security information and event management (SIEM) tools such as Splunk Enterprise Security. I have a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Okara and a CompTIA Security+ certification, which demonstrate my technical knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and information security.

I have gained hands-on experience in security operations center (SOC) analysis, risk management, and penetration testing through a cyber security apprenticeship at the Institute of Emerging Careers and a two-month internship at ThincsCorp, a leading provider of cyber defense and network security solutions. At ThincsCorp, I contributed to monitoring and analyzing network traffic, identifying anomalies, and implementing appropriate actions to mitigate risks and protect critical assets. I am passionate about learning new technologies and the latest cybersecurity methodologies to stay updated and enhance my skills. My goal is to secure organizations' data and systems from emerging security challenges and vulnerabilities.
