Work Terms
Communication and Support Management - Shopify Pro ensures timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage, and ultimate disposition of project information. We are flexible in moving to any other communication platform as per the client's preference. We use Basecamp, JIRA, Skype, WhatsApp, and Slack for communications.
Account Management - We have worked diligently to recruit and train top-quality service and project/account managers with significant experience to support their development and infrastructure engagements. Our expert account managers have a depth knowledge of development and delivery processes through which they make sure that the project flow is well maintained. Our Account managers are the POC for the client and make sure they maintain seamless communication with the client with respect to the project updates. It is important to note that we have been successful in truly partnering with our clients and other vendors to create solutions that provide the most value for our customers.
Post Launch Support - Shopify Pro shall be responsible for fixing any defects or bugs that occur because of the code or program developed by the company within the first 4 weeks of delivery. It is to be noted that any tasks or enhancements or feature specification change or architecture changes or integration-related task beyond the functional requirements given in the Scope of Work, shall not be considered as bugs or defects in the code
Payment Terms - Payment Frequency: 50% payment at launch and remaining 50% at project delivery and we'll prefer to have the payment through this platform.
