Seeking to leverage various experiences in quality assurance, customer service and technical expertise to grow in a new role.

I often describe myself as QA professional, having the mindset to break things but the toolset to create and restore. I review requirement specifications for technical and customer service contacts to provide meaningful feedback. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured action plans and strategies aimed to improve customer service efficiency and productivity.

My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of the business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company.

I am a multitasker with a keen eye for details and someone who is driven to deliver only the absolute quality of work to my clients. I am open-minded and always eager to learn and fast. I work professionally with minimal supervision.

Work Terms

I can work as needed but not exceeding 50 hours a week. Hourly rate is slightly negotiable. Work time is flexible depending on your business needs.
