Business Analyst, Project Manager
Over 5 years of professional experience as a Technical Business Analyst
and 1 year as a Project Manager with a strong understanding of Business
Requirement gathering, Business Process Modelling with expertise in
the Finance/Banking/Insurance/Salesforce Sectors.Comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of the Software Development
Life Cycle (SDLC) project life cycle methodologies such as Agile and
Waterfall
❖ Proficiency in Supporting Business Process Redesign, Re-engineering,
Documentation and Business Process Analysis and documentation
of business requirements and system functional specifications
❖ Expert in creating User Stories, writing business requirements and
converting them into functional requirements
❖ Expertise in facilitating and organizing daily scrum sessions, sprint
planning and sprint review meeting and preparing Sprint planning,
Sprint demo, Product roadmap and analyzing burn down charts
❖ Experience in working with Product Owners, SME’s, internal
stakeholders creating, prioritizing, and monitoring Product Backlog
Items, application feature/issue backlog
❖ In-depth knowledge and experience in the documentation of current
and future state process flows, design, and development of the use case
scenarios and acceptance criteria.Experience in organizing many Joint Application Developments and
Joint Requirement Planning sessions, Interviews, workshops and
requirement elicitation sessions, sessions with the development group
❖ Expertise in using Application Lifecycle Management Rally and in using
defect tracking systems using Jira, Confluence and general knowledge of
defect processing and control
❖ Well versed in Design and Development of database systems using
RDBMS concepts including MySQL and in writing SQL queries, stored
procedures, prepared statements and triggers
❖ Experience in Data Modelling, Data Integrating, and Data
Cleaning, Data Mapping, Data Extraction, Data Loading and Data
Analyzing
❖ Experience in working on SaaS software such as DocuSign alongside
infrastructure as a service and platform as a service
❖ Strong experience in tracking, tracing, and managing requirements
through Requirement Traceability Matrices.
Work Terms
4-5 HRS of Operations.
25% Payment in Advance remaining after the work done.
