About

I am you legal researcher, editor and assistant.

I used to work as a legal analyst for Lexis Nexis. For more than two years with the company, I had processed numerous vehicular, product, medical malpractice, and premise legal injury cases. Thus, I was able to possess knowledge of US laws and the courts' system. As a legal analyst, I was responsible for identifying expert witnesses and building a detailed timeline linking all the briefs, motions orders, opinions, and other filings for every case. I performed case research using our own Lexis Nexis site, and I was trained to navigate various federal and state court websites. I was also responsible for writing case summary contents as a legal analyst. I have a law degree. While studying as a law student, I was an SEO writer for few months.

I was also a Human Resource Manager for a national pharmaceutical company. I was in charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and dismissal. I take pride in the fact that through my initiatives, I had saved my company millions of pesos in penalties, had improved HR processes.

I was also an experienced telemarketer doing outbound calls to US customers to sell/offer loans, insurance or ask for donations using our clients' scripts and rebuttals.
