Ajit has been working with me in a Linux environment. He is competent in a broad range of computer areas. However, I have been using him on advanced design problems where he has been open to exploring new ideas and has contributed insightful and relavent ideas of his own. He is articulate, easy to communicate with, level headed.

Ajit, is a very seasoned Visual C++ programmer with excellent debugging skills. This talent was demonstrated with the very difficult task of taking an existing system converted from Borland C++ code to Visual C++ and correcting invalid coding techniques created by other programmers. He is quick to understand complex functions and ascertain what the best solution is. His communication skills in presenting possible solutions, is excellent.
