I am Hizza Qamar. As an architect engineer with a passion for interior design, I bring a unique and highly skilled perspective to my work as a CGI artist. With a degree in architecture engineering, I have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of building design and construction, which informs my approach to creating visually stunning and accurate virtual spaces.

I have 5 years of experience in creating photorealistic 3D renders, 360-degree panoramic tours and animated walkthroughs of various architectural projects. My skills include 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, as well as proficiency in various software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. I also have experience in architectural visualization, animation and graphic design. .

In addition to my technical skills, I have a keen eye for aesthetics and an ability to understand my clients' needs and preferences. I work closely with my clients to understand their vision and bring it to life with my unique blend of technical expertise and artistic sensibility.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
My office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm PKT, but I am available for urgent requests outside of these hours by prior arrangement.

Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required to begin the project, with progress payments due at key milestones. The final payment is due upon completion of the project, upon client's satisfaction.

Invoicing:
Invoices will be sent weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the type of project, it's schedule, and payments are expected within 14 days of receipt.

Communication Style:
I prefer to communicate via email, but I am also available for phone call and video conferencing meetings as needed.

Availability:
I am generally available to work on projects Monday to Friday, but I may be able to accommodate weekends or evenings by prior arrangement.

Responsiveness:
I will respond to all client inquiries and requests for information within 24 hours.

Reporting:
I will provide regular progress reports on the project, including 3D models and renderings, and will schedule regular check-in meetings with the client.

Revisions:
I include 2 rounds of revisions in the project fee, and any additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.

Intellectual property rights:
The client will be given full rights to use and replicate the project deliverables, after final payment.
