Work Terms
1. Third party components, themes, icons, artifacts, plugins, etc. would have to be provided by the client
2. The site will only be in English and not in any other language for now
3. Any changes outside the listed scope items and outside the supplied theme would have to be mutually discussed and quoted separately and would be added as a new milestone.
4. Third party system accounts for sending SMS, Email, Notifications, or Payment gateway etc., would have to be provided by the client for integration with the platform
5. The hosting and domain for the site has to be provided by the client
6. Working hours are from Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM IST to 19:00 PM IST. However, exceptions could be made in case of urgent issues, production items, or deliveries.
7. Staging release will be given to perform UAT by the client before launching or updating to production
8. Production release will be done after a written sign-off by the client on the staging version.
9. We will provide 1 month bug fixing support at no extra cost post production release of the site. However, post production release, any new changes or changes to existing items would be treated as a change request and would have to be quoted separately and will be charged accordingly.
