I have 3 to 4 years of experience in the graphic design field. With a Bachelor's degree in 360° Design and rigorous skills, excellent interpersonal skills and solid experience in teamwork, I also have in-depth knowledge of IT and multimedia, mastering the Adobe Suite and various graphic standards. Aside from my professional background, I'm an avid film buff, comic book fan and enthusiastic video game player. My passion for the arts, particularly cinema and video games, is reflected in my creative work.

Work Terms
I'm available immediately for Full-time and Remote work. I adapt to all types of projects and budgets.
For all quotes exceeding €200, a 40% deposit is required to ensure a sincere, efficient, and transparent collaboration. For projects below €200, full payment is required for the same reasons as previously stated.
Delivery of final files is ensured upon receipt of payment of the amounts due. Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur penalties.

Rates: Prices on the quote are valid for one month from its issuance. Any service request not included in the proposal will be subject to an additional free quote.
Intellectual Property Rights: Only the rights explicitly stated in the contract are transferred to the client. Moral rights remain with the author. Unauthorized reproduction or use of the work is prohibited.
Copyright: Ownership and rights remain with Hugo MAURER until full payment is received.
Sources Usage: Client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for sources used in the work.
Specifications: Client must provide detailed specifications. In the absence of a brief, design interpretation is at Hugo MAURER's discretion.
Modifications: Client must provide clear modification requests within fifteen days of delivery. Additional charges may apply for excessive revisions or changes to the project scope.
Approval: Client must provide clear approval via email or signed letter. Tacit approval implies due payment.
Source Files: Delivery of source files is subject to necessity and agreement.
Termination: Either party may terminate the contract with notice. Termination may incur penalties.
Disputes: Any disputes shall be resolved according to French law.
Copyright and Commercial Mentions: Hugo MAURER reserves the right to include commercial mentions in the work unless otherwise agreed.
