I am an emerging journalist and communication researcher. I have completed my bachelor in media and communication studies from International Islamic University Islamabad, Pakistan, with a cumulative CGPA of 3.80 out of 4.00. Currently, I am pursuing my Masters in Mass Communication from the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Pakistan. In 2017, I was selected as a cultural ambassador of Pakistan by the U.S. State Department for the young student leaders exchange program (SUSI 2017). In 2018, I was selected among 100 emerging young journalists by British Council Scotland for Future News Worldwide 2018. I am very much expert in academic and research writing. Recently, my research article was published in the Journal of media studies (PU). I also have five years of experience in videography and photography. In the last two years, I have worked with “The American Center, Public Affairs Section”, “American Refugee Committee Pakistan” and “International Committee of the Red Cross” as a communication intern.
