We are a group of 13 highly skilled members (ghosts), each having a unique skill & all having at least 13 years of experience in their individual expertise.
Some of the ghosts have won awards in their fields of expertise, some have their work officially published, some are board members of start-up companies and some are just darn good at what they do.
Our skills include Software development, Web design, Graphics & Multimedia, Strategy, Content writing, Marketing, Management, Security, Law & Compliance & Support on the Windows, Linux, Android & IOS platforms.
Our work has successfully impacted many organizations - from mom-n-pop shops to start-ups to Non profits to NGOs to Fortune 500 companies.
Each ghost's primary skill is excellent. Unfortunately, while dealing with projects, one skill is never good enough. Realizing the strengths of harnessing all our skills through one group, we put the IndUS ghosts group together. 8 out of the 13 ghosts of IndUS ghosts maintain their primary job & commit 30-50 hours a week to IndUS ghosts' projects.
Our ghosts are located in India & USA (IndUS) & most like to keep their identity private (ghosts).

Work Terms
We are committed to providing the highest quality workmanship & satisfaction possible to our clients. As part of this commitment, we provide a guarantee that any bug or item not built as per the project specifications will be fixed at no cost to the client within 90 days upon completion of the project.
Ethics:
We perform 100% of our work in-house.
We do not share any of our clients &/or project details unless we have a legally written permission to do so. We respect client NDAs.
We only accept work that is free from any kind of plagiarism, porn or any
such illicit material.
Payment terms:
We prefer a pay-as-you-go or a milestone based payment using Guru's Safepay or Escrow System.
Following is a typical pay-as-you-go example:
10% - On Award of the Project
30% - Major milestone #2 (Mid project review i.e. showing 50% features on our server)
30% - Major milestone #3 (Beta release on our server)
30% - Final project completion & deployment on your server

Communication:
We communicate via email, sms, chat (Yahoo, Gtalk, Skype) & phone*.
As per client request, sometimes we communicate through Project management systems (Our own or the clients).
* - Phone communications are available for clients in US & India only.
Extra charges may apply after block minutes are used up.
Block minutes are based on project value.
Work hours:
Operating from two countries, we are purposely setup to take advantage of the time difference between India & EU, Americas & Middle east. This gives us an advantage to work with our clients during their local working hours.
Office hours (Monday-Saturday):
USA - 0:00 am to 5:00 pm same day US Eastern time
India - 9:30 am to 2:30 am next day India IST
EU - 4:00 am to 9:00 pm same day GMT
AUZ - 3:00 pm to 8:00 am next day AETZ
UAE - 7:00 am to 11:59 pm same day Dubai time
