Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
I am dedicated to providing timely and exceptional design services. My standard working hours are, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, (UTC+1). Please note that I may respond to inquiries outside of these hours, but my active work and communication times are within the specified hours.

Payment Style:
Payment for my services is processed through Guru's secure platform. Clients can make payments upfront to initiate the project, and I will commence work upon payment confirmation. I also offer milestone-based payments for larger projects, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction. Please note that I do not accept direct payments outside of the Fiverr platform to maintain a secure and trusted transaction process.

Preferred Communication Style:
Effective communication is key to a successful project. I prefer to communicate primarily through Guru's messaging system. This allows us to keep all project-related discussions, files, and updates in one organized place, ensuring clarity and easy reference. However, if necessary, we can arrange for scheduled video calls or phone calls for in-depth project discussions or consultations.
